In this role, you will provide front-line support to customers across billing, tenancy, property and debt services. You’ll play an important part in ensuring customer satisfaction and building strong community relationships.

About your new role...

As the first point of contact for our customers, you will:
 

  • Respond to enquiries
  • Resolve issues
  • Provide information and guidance on water services

Based in our busy contact centre at the Administration Centre on Fryers Street in the heart of Shepparton’s CBD hub, you’ll work within a dedicated and supportive customer service team.

About you...

We’re looking for someone with:

  • Experience in a customer facing or administrative role (minimum 3 years preferred)
  • Certificate 3 or above in Business or similar (or willingness to undertake supported study)
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to meet performance standards in a fast-paced environment and/or transaction processing environment
  • Knowledge of Customer Service principles and practices
  • Confidence using computer-based systems including Microsoft Office
  • Demonstrated ability to work effectively with computer-based technology, including Microsoft Office
  • Strong organisational, self-management and problem-solving skills.
  • Positive attitude, empathy and a passion for helping others
  • Strong OHS commitment and focus.

  • Classification GVW2: $58,500 - $78,532 + super (salary starting point is dependent upon relevant qualifications, skills, and experience)
