About the Company
Goulburn Valley Water (GVW) provides quality water and wastewater services to 54 towns in North Central Victoria. Our core purpose is to deliver safe, reliable, and affordable water services to residential, commercial and industrial customers.
We are seeking an experienced and motivated Program Manager to oversee the delivery of GVW’s portfolio of non-infrastructure strategic projects, from business case approval to benefits realisation, with hands-on management of preparation for our next Price Plan submission (PP6). This role plays a pivotal part in delivering projects designed to support achievement of our Strategy 2035 by driving change within the organisation.
With demonstrated experience in program or portfolio management of strategic and cross functional projects you will be responsible for establishing robust program frameworks, managing the full project lifecycle, and ensuring alignment with business strategy and optimal use of organisational capacity.
Your degree or above in a relevant discipline such as Business, Economics, Engineering or Science complements your ability to successfully navigate the organisation through strategic and business planning activities.

About your new role...
Reporting directly to the General Manager – Strategy and Performance, you will be joining a collaborative and innovative leadership team, predominantly based at the Shepparton Administration Centre in the Fryers Street CBD precinct. You will be afforded the ability to work flexibly, in line with GVW’s flexible working policy.

About you...
To be considered for this role you must have demonstrated some of the following:

- Degree or above in a relevant discipline (Business, Economics, Engineering or Science)
- Demonstrated capability in business related program and project management.
- Considerable experience and demonstrated capability in business related project management.
- Experience in the development, documentation, and implementation of business processes
- Exceptional analytical, conceptual, and reporting abilities with a focus on strategic outcomes
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, including written and presentation skills with the ability to translated business concepts into plain language.
- Highly capable in liaising with a range of stakeholders, both internal and external
- Strong OHS commitment and focus.
- Committed to contributing positively to your team and the organisation.

- Classification SEO2: $135,985 - $157,826 (no vehicle) + superannuation (starting salary point is negotiable dependent upon relevant, qualifications, skills, and experience demonstrated)
